By Hypatia Artemisia

Oh! My country, my home

Land of the brave and free.

The huddled masses teeming

At the twilights last gleaming.

Rise up rise up rise up!

And go forth --

To the roar of enemy cannons

The bombs bursting in the air.

The rows of people, their faces ruddy and mucked with failing hope --

Oh! My country, my mother

How I weep for thee.

Remember that my crimson banner is as star spangled as thee.
